From TenTonWiki

There are three types of Talent Builds, Pure, Hybrid, and Mixed. Many warriors choose to respec to a particular build once they have enough talent points to get the 31 or 41 Point talent in Arms, Fury, or Protection. You can respec, clear your talent choices, at any of the Warrior Trainers but be aware that how much they charge to let you respec increases each time you do it. Also be aware that any ability given by a talent has to be trained again afterwards. So, as an example, if you have the Mortal Strike (MS) talent and your respec includes MS again you will have to buy the training for each ability level you had for MS again.

Pure Builds

The Pure Build is aimed at getting the 41-Pointer talent in either Arms, Fury, or Protection. Each Talent Tree has its final talent require 40 talent points to already be within that same tree. The remaining 10 talent points, for level 60's and 20 for level 70's, are often spent in the other two trees in order to give the build more flexibility.

Hybrid Builds

Hybrid Builds settle on getting the 31-Pointer talent in either Arms, Fury, or Protection. The 31-Pointer describes the 1/1 talent that you have to have 30 points already in that tree to get. The remaining 20 talent points, 30 for level 70's, are usually concentrated in one other talent tree in order to get one of the other tree's more valuable talents.

Mixed Builds

The Mixed Build does not have the 31-Pointer or 41-Pointer talent from any of the three Talent Trees. Instead these builds spread their 51 talent points, 61 for level 70's, among two or even all three trees. While these builds tend to give their warriors a lot of flexibility it also tends to weaken them since they do not have any tree's stongest talents.
Below are some example builds for Level 60 and 70 Warriors. Of course what works best for you, and your gear, will vary. The key thing, of course, is to maintain the F.U.N. factor throughout.
Spongebob Squarepants' F.U.N. Song: all together now
F is for Fire that burns down the whole town!
U is for Uranium... bombs!
N is for No survivors!
When you show them no mercy. :) (I added that last bit)

Example Builds: Level 60

There are few level 60 builds that are Pure. Most are Hybrid or Mixed, due to having fewer talents available for other trees to round out your character.

41 Arms/5 Fury/5 Protection

This is a basic Pure Build for the level 60 Arms Warrior. Its focused on getting as much out of Mortal Strike, with a two-handed Axe or Polearm, as possible and being able to use it as much as possible.

31 Arms/20 Fury

This is probably the most common build for the solo or PvP-oriented warrior. 31 points in Arms provides many talents centered around burst damage, while 20 points in Fury provides some support skills as well as the all-important Enrage that warriors thrive on in PvP.

31 Arms/5 Fury/15 Protection

This is the classic 31/5/15 hybrid build. It is a great build for those seeking the 'best of both worlds'. The Arms and Fury talents give the warrior respectable damage output, while the Protection talents greatly enhance tanking ability.

32 Arms/5 Fury/14 Protection

This is a variation on the classic 31/5/15 build which doesn't work as well since the post patch 2.0 changes. You don't need Heroic Strike very much if you have Mortal Strike. Since you can now use Thunder Clap in Battle and Defensive Stance it would probably be better to spend points here. Also Shield Specialization is nice but if you are not filling it you probably want to get something else that will help you survive like Second Wind.

17 Arms/34 Fury

Fury is generally considered to have a greater number of strong talents deep in the tree than Arms. Therefore, Fury warriors generally put more points into Fury than Arms warriors put into Arms. 17 Arms allows for Impale to increase burst damage and overall DPS.

30 Fury/21 Protection

This mixed build highlights the Concussion Blow/Slam abilities and is called SlamCon. Defiance and Last Stand provide tanking viability while Concussion Blow and Improved Slam provide an unexpected surprise in PvP. Be warned that Slam resets your swing timer so it takes a little getting used to in order to get the timing right. However, once you get the timing down, Slam can be brutal in PvP. Created by Stilits from the TTH Forums.

5+ Arms/31+ Protection

Good for main tanking, particulalry at high-end instance raids. If you look at the talent calculator, not all the points have been spent--this is because there are many, many variations on these heavy Protection main tank builds. The example build is a good place to start, from which you can move some Protection points around and/or fill in some parts of the Arms or Fury trees.

Example Builds: Level 70

At this level most builds will include a tree's 41-Pointer. With 61 Talent Points available at this level it is not to difficult to have very effective builds that include the 41-Pointer since you can sink another 20 in another tree.

41 Arms/20 Fury

This includes the new skills that TBC has brought to the Arms Talent. Note that Booming Voice was replaced for Improved Intimidating Shout (underrated skill in my humble opinion). This is a nice PvP build that allows a very nice DPS output in PvE too.
Remember to put the 5 points of the weapon specialization in the type of weapon you currently use (I use a nice polearm. That's the reason of the 5 points in the Poleaxe Specialization :P)

35 Arms/23 Fury/3 Protection

Hybrid Build used by Noktyn, leader of the Arena's top team, March 2007, Power Trip. A PvP Stance Dancer build that is not aimed at heavy PvE use.

31 Arms/30 Fury

Hybrid Build used by Kenchow, member of the Arena's second team, March 2007, Zerg It Down. Another heavy PvP build although not intended as much for Stance Dancing.

5 Arms/41 Fury/15 Protection

This is an alternative build that focuses primarily on Fury tree to provide warrior with strong offensive abilites while at the same time points invested in Protection tree allow better damage mitigation and increased threat in tanking role. This build also generates threat better than Arms/Protection build because of increased damage due to Flurry and Enrage proc effects. Rage generation is also one more strong side of this build because Warrior has acess to both Unbridled Wrath and Shield Specialization.

17 Arms/44 Fury

This build is designed with the berserker-stance dual-wielder in mind, designed to maximize damage output and rage generation from the various talents. It causes a high amount of threat and rage generation so care needs to be taken with this build.

5 Arms/45 Fury/11 Protection

So you're a fury warrior and love your DPS, but 5-man groups hate you because you're a squish tank? This build is designed to offer a little bit of tanking ability while not sacrificing much to DPS. Anticipation, Toughness, and Last Stand will help you stay up a bit longer, and give your healer the occasional breathing room, while you can still be an effective DPS warrior when not tanking. Alternatively, if you want to hold aggro better, 2 points can be taken out of Improved Execute and put into Defiance.

5 Arms/35 Fury/21 Protection

Level 70 version of the SlamCon build created by Stilits from the TTH Forums. Uses the Slam and Concussion Blow abilities to be surprisingly effective in PvP and PvE.
