- The Culling of stratholme

Arthas arrived too late to Stratholme; the grain had been distributed, and it was a matter of time before the sleeping would turn undead. Arthas ordered his Paladin mentor, Uther, to help him purge the town by slaying the inhabitants in their sleep, but the older paladin would have nothing to do with Arthas slaughter and so Uther left with Jaina on his side ( you will live this defining moment in the new instance in coverns of time).

- To Northend

Arthas followed the Scourge leader Mal'ganis to Northrend and met up with his old friend Muradin Bronzebeard, who was hunting for the fabled runeblade Frostmourne.
